- We provide the services we promise
- Either of us can end this relationship with notice
The Longer Version
1. Using Our Services
You agree to:
- Not use SUS for illegal activities
- Not try to break our systems
- Pay your bills
- Keep your credentials secure
We agree to:
- Provide the services we describe
- Keep your data secure
- Be transparent about issues
- Not change these terms without telling you
2. Payment
- We bill monthly
- Prices are listed on our pricing page
- We’ll notify you of price changes 30 days in advance
- You can cancel anytime
3. Your Data
- Your data is yours
- We store it securely
- We don’t look at it unless you ask us to (for support)
- You can export it anytime
- You can delete it anytime
4. Service Level
We commit to 99.9% uptime. If we miss it, you get credits. Automatically.
We don’t make you file claims.
5. Liability
We’re responsible for our services working. If they don’t, we’ll fix them or refund you.
We’re not responsible for things outside our control (natural disasters, internet outages, etc.).
6. Changes
If we change these terms, we’ll:
- Tell you 30 days in advance
- Explain what changed
- Give you the option to leave if you don’t like the changes
